We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you can return your item within 30 days after receiving it.

Return shipping is free of charge for ENVYME customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be requested before sending items back. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory EU right of withdrawal (see below).

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To withdraw, you can:

- use the "Revoke Contract" button in the footer of our website (no login required), or
- send us a clear statement by email to customercare@envymeinc.com.

You will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt. We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

This right applies regardless of whether the item was on sale. It does not apply to custom or personalized items, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
