1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online store ENVYME.

3. Prices and VAT
All prices displayed in the online store are final prices. Due to small business status according to § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown.
4. Order and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. The customer can select products, place them in the shopping cart and submit a binding offer to purchase by completing the checkout process. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.
The contract language is English.
The contract text is not stored by us. Order details and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via email after placing your order.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online store. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are stated on the Shipping Policy page of our website. Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Delivery times are provided as estimated and non-binding guidelines unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delivery times may be extended in cases of high demand, product launches or restocks. The shipping period begins on the day after payment is received. Partial deliveries are permissible where reasonable.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ENVYME, contact@envymeinc.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the statutory withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
9. Returns
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary fourteen (14) day return policy to make returns easier for our customers.
Return shipping is free of charge for customers under this voluntary return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@envymeinc.com before sending any goods back. Returns that have not been requested in advance will not be accepted.
Certain items are excluded from return, including custom-made or personalized products, sale items and gift cards.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damages. The statutory rights for defects (warranty rights) remain unaffected.
12. Governing Law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
13. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
