Refund policy


We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you can return your item within 14 days after receiving it.

Return shipping is free of charge for ENVYME customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be requested before sending items back. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, as long as the item meets the return conditions above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
