Shipping policy
Orders are typically delivered within 4–10 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. During product launches, restocks, or periods of high demand, delivery times may be extended in individual cases.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €100.
The shipping period begins on the day after payment is received. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the next business day applies.

EU Deliveries:
For shipments within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the product price. No additional customs duties apply within the EU.
International Deliveries:
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. ENVYME has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs clearance may result in additional delays.
