Return items yourself

You can now easily return your items yourself - faster than ever before:

  1. Log in to your ENVYME customer account here
  2. Select the order from which you want to return items
  3. Click on "Return items"
  4. Now select the respective items and a reason for return
  5. Confirm your entries
  6. Our team will then review your request and process it as quickly as possible
  7. Once approved you can retrieve your return label. We will also send it to you again by e-mail
  8. Pack the items well and send them back to us

Return shipping is free of charge for customers.

Please note: If you do not have a customer account and therefore cannot create your return via your account, you must bear the costs of your return yourself.

 

 

 

Returning items with the help of customer service

Please note that some of our products cannot be returned. Please refer to our withdrawal policy and general terms and conditions.

 If your product has a quality defect, please contact our customer service at customercare@envymeinc.com, indicating your order number and the affected products.

 

Order including gift

If you wish to return an order that included a gift, please return the gift as well. If you only want to return one or more items and the amount falls below the limit for which there would have been a gift, please also return the gift to us.

 

How do I return an item without a customer account?

Please note that you must bear the return costs yourself. Please enclose the return slip with your return so that we can better allocate your shipment when we receive the goods and can refund you quickly.

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible for logistical reasons, so please simply place a new order.
